Meditation classes coming in the Fall of 2025

Astra Lucentia classes are designed to provide you with knowledge and skills to tap your inner wisdom and help you achieve a more peaceful, creative, and joyful state. Topics for Fall 2025 are below.

Thriving as a Sensitive Person Meditation Class (Level 1)

As sensitive people in an overbearing world, we are constantly beset by influences, seen and unseen, that make it challenging to hear ourselves and feel our internal compass, and that can leave us feeling tired and burnt out.

We want to be compassionate and empathetic in our lives, and it is so much easier to do this when we come from a place of inner strength and solid boundaries. Communication with others is also much simpler when it comes from a place of inner clarity.

If your encounters in the world leave you feeling inexplicably exhausted and depleted, this class is for you. In Thriving as a Sensitive Person Level 1, we learn a series of meditation tools that train us and our bodies to reclaim our energy, release other energy that does not serve us, support clarity within ourselves, and set boundaries to take into our interactions with the world. This class is full of practical tools, many of which you can use as you go through your day, not just while sitting and meditating.

If you are ready to sign up, or if you have questions about the class, please let me know through the contact page here.
